When I and my friends,
Eunike and Prayana, got a challenge to become a teacher, teaching about history
in English language, I thought it would be hard. I never thought that I would
teach my friends. I and my friends prepared it as well as I could. I created some
games too. When the day came, I taught my friends about Mataram Kingdom. Like I
thought before, that was really hard to make everyone pay attention to me and
my friends. When “my student” felt like the lesson is too bored they won’t
notice us. Now, I feel what the teachers feel when they taught us, and we did
not respect them. That was made me and my friends disappointed.
However, I can learn something
from this task. We should pay attention to everyone who is speak, because if
you do not respect to other, that is no reason for them to notice you too. I
have to become more creative and fun when I am teaching. I thought it can be
because my method for teaching did not effective, too much explanation. I will
apply what I learn from this task when I am presentation in other lesson.
